2. Printed music, vocal score and tonic sol-fa version, Winthrop Rogers edition. Imogen Holst's copy with annotations in her hand (1943).

3. Printed music, two copies of vocal score, Boosey & Hawkes edition. Both are Imogen Holst's copies; one incomplete.
