Basil Coleman was the director of Gluck's opera for Opera West which was performed at The Gaiety Theatre, Ayr from 4-6 Apr 1991. Marilyn de Blieck played Orpheus, Sarah Pring was Eurydice and and Lorna Davidson was The God of Love, with the Opera West Chorus.
