Letter from Rosamund Strode to Martyn Hill and Martyn Brabbins regarding the first performance in England of Henze's Chamber Music which was intended for 25 June 1959 during the Twelfth Aldeburgh Festival. Recalls the indisposition of Peter Pears who had lost his voice and the use of a pre-recorded tape on the night in place of the performance.
