Text source with rhythmic notations titled, 'Praise we great men'. The manuscript contains the text of Edith Sitwell's poem in Britten's hand with crossings out and corrections. Britten wrote a number of sketches which are side by side the poem, see BBM/praide_we_great_men/2/1.
