DescriptionBasil Coleman was the producer of these versions of Beethoven's opera Fidelio/Leonora presented by Sadler's Wells Opera at the London Coliseum. Leonora was the first version and Sadler's Wells's bicentenary production in Mar 1970 followed by the 2nd version: Fidelio in Nov 1970. These 11 photographs are of designer Tony Abbott's set model for the three acts and the twelfth item is the envelope which contained them.
