Some of the correspondence in the vinyl was orgininally stored in this envelope. It has been annotated by Procter 'Joan Sutherland Thanksgiving Service 11 Feb 2011, my 83rd birthday'.
There is also a note written by Procter about the vinyl, stating that it was sent by Sutherland and Bonynge in 1961-1962.
