James Lockhart conducted the English Chamber Orchestra and The Ambrosian Singers. The stage designer was Eileen Diss. The cast included Sir Geraint Evans as Falstaff, Norma Burrowes as Nanetta, Neil Jenkins as Fenton and Regina Resnik as Mistress Quickly.
