The programme also gives details of forthcoming concerts in Cambridge including two concerts conducted by Britten with Pears as soloist on 27 and 29 July (the second held at King's College, Cambridge), a concert performance of Britten The Beggar's Opera on 31 July and a Schubert recital given by Pears, Britten and Margaret Ritchie on 1 August at The Guildhall, Cambridge.
