The Stratford Shakespearean Festival, Stratford, Ontario Canada 1967 season of Music ran from 7 July to 2 September and included two operas: Britten's Albert Herring and Mozart's Cosi fan tutte with the National Festival Orchestra in the Avon Theatre.
The Albert Herring cast was: Lady Billows, Sylvia Fisher; Florence Pike, her housekeeper, Patricia Rideout; Miss Wordsworth head teacher at the School, Jeanette Zarou; Mr Gedge the Vicar, Peter Milne; Mr Upfold, the Mayor, Ernest Atkinson; Superintendant Budd, Howell Glynne; Sid the Butcher's assistant, Alexander Gray; Albert Herring from the greengrocer's, Gregory Dempsey; Nancy from the bakery, Mona Kelly; Mrs Herring, Albert's mother, Muriel Greenspon; the village children Emmie, Carrol Anne Curry; Cis, Muriel James and Harold Wood, Peter Young.
