Where possible, original order has been preserved, with items catalogued to the filing system adopted by Imogen Holst. Many items were filed in brown envelopes or plastic wallets, where extra information is provided on these, they have been kept, but where they simply state the contents, they have been removed and destroyed. The folders relating to Oxford University Press and Faber and Faber have been catalogued as they were found, rather than split into the individual publication files.
